  • Dittmer's phone line are down and are scheduled to be repaired 9/16/25.  

  • Our bowl chopper is schedule to be back next week Wednesday.  We will be restocked with most of our homemade Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Franks... by the weekend.

  • We are expecting a shipment of imports next week that supplies us with sauerkraut , spaetzle....    We have received a pallet of German imports from a new supplier.
